The Technical Dive Guide program is specifically crafted to equip individuals with essential technical diving skills and knowledge required to lead certified technical divers in open water settings.
During this course you will be challenged and learn what it is like to work with divers as they begin or continue their technical diving experiences. You will learn how to manage tec divers, work as land or boat support, and conduct enjoyable technical excursion dives, Dive physics, physiology, how to conduct pre-dive briefings, planning decompression dives, how to assist technical instructors, as well as how to be a professional Technical Dive Guide, are all part of the course. Your skills will be refined to demonstration quality and your knowledge increased.

To get started:

A PADI Divemaster or higher with the Tec Diver level certification (or higher) for the dive they are guiding

Primary and Secondary Care course completion, or qualifying course.

Have a current medical examination within 12 months.

Logged 15 Decompression Dives 40 meters or deeper wearing full technical equipment.
