The north coast of Bali is great for wall and reef dives and will leave even the most seasoned of divers spellbound. You’ll find Bali's dive spots scattered around the island. Many visitors split their time over a number of destinations for a variety of experience. The northwest of the island is home to Secret Bay, Menjangan Island and Pemuteran.
On the eastern coast, you’ll find Tulamben, Amed, Candidasa and Padang Bai. Tulamben is home to the spectacular Liberty Wreck. There’s some top muck diving here and at nearby Seraya, too. Diving is from the shore, and you’ll enter over smooth volcanic rock that can be a bit tricky.
Discover the best times to dive in! While the dry season spans from April to October, the prime diving conditions are from May to November. If you're eager to the majestic Manta Rays, plan your trip for April and May For a chance to the fascinating Mola Mola or Oceanic sunfish in Nusa Penida, visit between August and October. Dive into an unforgettable underwater!

Dive USAT Liberty Shipwreck. This is probably the most famous dive site in Bali. The wreck is 120m long and it sunk off the coast of Tulamben in 1963.
This is an easy dive site accessible by shore, but at the same time very interesting and home to amazing creatures. Anemones, soft and hard corals are grown all over the wreck.

When diving Padang Bai, we do two dives using traditional jukung, outrigger boats. During the dives, you’ll have time to relax on the boat between dives and enjoy the sun, scenery and surface interval.
